Conference on Experimental Cinema

On Friday, September 22 at 5:00 pm, the Hotel Estela Barcelona – Hotel del Arte in Sitges is organizing a conference on the Ecuadorian experimental film director Eduardo Solá Franco, where several of his films will be shown.
In the film Impossible Encounters, the artist Josep Puigmartí, who was linked to the Hotel Estela for more than 25 years, appears. This experimental film was entirely shot in Sitges, specifically at the old Terramar racetrack.
At the end of the screening, the Ecuadorian researcher and curator of the event, Mª Belén Moncayo, will give a lecture on the director and his links with Puigmartí and Sitges.
Admission to the event is free and it will last approximately 1 hour.
