Painting Workshop

Our Art Workshop for Corporate Groups

This activity is aimed at company groups that are holding their convention or meeting at the hotel.

The activity of the Painting Workshop begins with the tasting of a glass of cava and a brief presentation of the hotel and the activity itself.

Then, accompanied by a representative of the hotel’s Art Department, a guided tour lasting approximately 30-45 minutes is offered, where participants walk through the hotel’s common areas (hall, corridors and meeting rooms) and discover works of different styles and artists.

During this visit, the history of the artists, their works and their intentions and purposes are explained, as well as the possible concerns of each artist at the time of making the work.

Finally, after the visit, participants are guided by an art professional to give expression and free rein to their creativity.

The purpose of the activity is not therapeutic, but playful. It is intended that the people who participate in it, have a good time, discover their own creativity and perhaps release the artist in all of us, in many cases without being aware of it.

For the development of the activity, professional paper (50 x 65 cm approx.) is used as support, and the paints used are water-based inks, similar to watercolor. Each participant creates his or her own work and takes it home as a souvenir, if desired.
