Sculpture-still life in bronze that presents three elements intimately related with the work of Subirachs. The spectator rediscovers the drape that was present in a whole series of still lifes from 1984, such as The PedestalAnother Sketch or To Giorgio Morandi. The Möbius strip or band is a figure that is highly valued by the artist. Mathematical properties of this surface allow him to use it as a symbol of magic and mystery. Its formal properties, at the same time, refer to infinity. There is also the sixteen figure cryptogram that adds up to thirty-three in multiple combinations (horizontal, vertical and diagonal), the age of Jesus when he was crucified. This figure consolidates the enigma and the mystery that still life conveys.

Subirachs often uses a symbolic language that must be decrypted in order to correctly interpret his works. In this case, he leaves us several clues that lead us to the figure of Jesus Christ.
