After Antoni Xaus painted room 105, the hotel contacted artist Marc Vilallonga to paint room 106.

The title of the room is Good morning. On the wall at the foot of the bed we can see a male figure washing his face next to a coffee pot.

Despite the room’s title, on the wall at the head of the bed, we find references to the night, with a girl painting her lips surrounded by spotlights.

The whole set gives off a certain aroma of European Pop-art, especially due to the iconic image of the painted lips of the girl who is a pop symbol used by other artists such as Tom Wesselmann and also due to the presence of an everyday element of popular culture such as the coffee pot.
