This is one of the 2 artist rooms that Puigmarti created for the Hotel del Arte.

Its title, Blue dreams, immerses us in a work created using blue tones. In the room we find several characters with a large eye at the top. The eye is one of the icons most used by Puigmarti throughout his entire career. 

During the 1990’s, in the works of Puigmarti we find material in the form of collage of paper and plastic as a part of the characters’ bodies. The rest of the body of the characters has been created automatically. The work shows a soft eroticism. As a curiosity, the hands of these characters have 6 fingers.

In 1995, when the artist created the room, he also upholstered the chair and created the matching bedspread.
